We’re introducing a new style to Calgary — a 14-course omakase blending Japanese Yakitori craft with Latin ceviche culture. It’s one of the only hybrid omakase concepts in the city — and it lives right here at Orijins.

What to Expect

Each omakase service features:

  • 7 Yakitori courses (grilled, glazed, smoked, caramelized)

  • 7 Ceviche courses (bright, acidic, coastal, modern Latin)

  • Courses are intentionally paced and curated to take you through contrast, texture, heat, brightness and finish

  • Limited seatings — reservation only

This is a premium tasting experience that still feels approachable and welcoming — not intimidating.
